This site does not ask you for any information. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, no newsletter, and no advertising. We do not set our own cookies and we do not run analytics of our own.
The videos on this site are embedded from YouTube. We use YouTube's
privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which means YouTube
does not store information about visitors unless a video is actually played.
If you press play, YouTube may set cookies and collect information under
Google's privacy policy,
which we do not control and cannot see.
Like every website, our host keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses. We do not use those logs to identify anyone.
We use a small private tool of our own to help run the Sandy Wind Projects YouTube channel — updating video descriptions and posting comments on our own videos. If you have arrived here from a Google consent screen, this is what that app is.
It is used by the farm's owner, on the farm's own channel, and nobody else. It is not published, not offered to anyone, and has no other users.
With the channel owner's permission through Google, the tool can read and
update our own YouTube videos and post comments as our own channel. It uses
the youtube.force-ssl scope for this and nothing more.
Its sign-in token is stored only on the farm's own computer, in a permission-restricted file, and is never transmitted anywhere else. Backups of our own video titles and descriptions are written to that same computer so changes can be undone.
The tool does not collect, store, process, or transmit any information about anyone other than the channel owner. It does not read viewers' personal data. It does not touch anyone else's channel. Nothing it holds is shared, sold, or transferred to any third party.
The only outside service it talks to is Google's own YouTube Data API, in order to manage our channel.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
